1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration and KYC

You may only hold one account on the Boss88 platform. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account verification (KYC) requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence. KYC must be completed before withdrawals are processed. Boss88 may also request additional verification documents at any stage for security or compliance purposes.

OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number is used for login confirmation and certain account actions. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and notifying Boss88 if it changes.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Boss88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Boss88 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay. Boss88 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

5Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on Boss88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Deposit amounts are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.

You may only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Boss88 account — are not permitted. Boss88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Boss88 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account. Withdrawal requests submitted without a verified account will be held until verification is complete.

Boss88 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the platform at the time of your request. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time. Withdrawals are only made to accounts registered in your own name.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting Boss88 support. Closing your account does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations, including any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

11Responsible Gaming
